Art Department Wins 2 American Graphic Design 2011 Awards

HMP Communications is proud to announce that its art department has won two more awards from one of the nation’s premiere design competitions, the 2011 American Graphic Design Awards presented by Graphic Design USA.

The American Graphic Design Awards, a five-decades-old competition, is open to all graphic design firms, advertising agencies, in-house corporate designers, publishers and other media in the graphic arts community. It honors outstanding new work in 23 categories, from print and packaging to internet and interactive design. Winners will appear in Graphic Design USA's Awards Annual, a 300-page edition published in December, seen by an estimated 100,000 creative professionals, and posted on a dedicated website seen by more than 90,000 visitors a month.

The 2011 competition featured 9,000, of which a highly selective 15 percent were recognized with award certificates of excellence.

HMP Communications submitted three graphic design pieces and, impressively, two of its submissions were selected.
